All orders are shipped via USPS and take within 5-7 days to receive once you've received a "Shipped" email.
Our shipping calculator will show shipping cost nationwide at checkout. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally.
We take pride and detailed care when packaging all orders for shipping to ensure orders aren't damaged. If your order is damaged during shipping, you will need to follow up with the carrier to file a claim. Once orders have been shipped, Blackbird Bath takes no responsibility for the handling done by the shipping carrier. Blackbird Bath is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
