Q. How long will it take my order to process?

A. Order processing time is 3-6 business days (most orders are processed within 48 hours). Shipping time is 5-7 days once the order has been processed.

Q. Why was my order canceled?

Q.  Does Blackbird Bath test their products on animals?

A. Blackbird Bath has and will always be a cruelty-free family. We nor any suppliers or affiliates believe in testing or harming any animals in the creating of our products.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?

A. Customers have a 24-hour window for any changes or cancellations to orders. Once you receive an "In Processing" email no changes or cancellations are permitted. All sales are final, please see our Return Policy for more information.

Q. The item(s) I want is "Out of Stock" what can I do?

A. You offer the option to order any listed "Out of Stock" items; those items will be shipped once available. NOTE: All "Out of Stock" items are restocked every other Friday.

Q. Will I be charged sale taxes?

A. Effective February 1, 2018, all orders shipped to applicable states will be charged their respective sales tax rates.
